To be considered in our 1% Better programme, you need to Commit to the following:
Be focused on your school and extramural activities…
- Commit to be 1% Better each day – daily improvement…
- Attend 1 Live online weekly coaching session or watch 1 recorded coaching session every week…
- You will not over-exert yourself…and will pace yourself in line with our recommendations…
- Participate in our licensed App at least once a day…minimum 2 minutes…
- Respect other community members in your relevant group…
- Assist other community members in your relevant group…
- Provide feedback to the 1% Better team on what works well and what needs improvement...
- Have access to a Laptop or Smartphone and internet…
- Participate in at least one of our 2-day holiday programmes…
- When making referrals – you will refer people whom you think highly deserve to be in the 1% Better group.
